How big is the community? Each 12-week cohort will consist of about 10-15 people. While Higher Love emphasizes precision microdosing specific to the individual, we believe that the true medicine comes from community and connection. To that end, we take an interactive, group-centered approach in our calls, creating a supportive field through which we can grow together.
-
When are the group calls?Group calls will be every other Wednesday at 8pm EST, starting on April 17th. While we hope you can make it to each Zoom call, our sessions will be recorded in case you miss a week.

Is this program legal?Yes it is! We operate within the framework of Colorado's Proposition 122, colloquially called the "Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA). Passed in 2022, the NMHA decriminalized the personal possession, growing, sharing, gifting, and use of a variety of natural psychedelic medicines (including psilocybin and psilocybin-containing mushrooms) for people aged 21+ in the state of Colorado. This legislature also allows individuals to get paid for providing bona fide therapy, harm reduction services, or other support services, in connection to natural psychedelic medicines, although there can be no remuneration for the natural medicine itself. Higher Love does not sell psilocybin microdoses. Our program price covers coaching and harm reduction services offered by our medical and guide team. If you live in the state of Colorado, your microdose capsules will be freely gifted to you. We are working in earnest to create a meaningful program that will help people live healthier lives, within the framework established by Proposition 122. This is a new law that we are doing our best to work within, and we welcome any feedback or suggestions to this end.

Do I need to provide my own microdoses? If you live in Colorado, your microdose package will be freely gifted to you as part of our program, in line with Colorado's Proposition 122 Natural Medicine Health Act. For residents outside of Colorado, we will discuss options with you about external suppliers you may source microdoses from directly. More specific information will be discussed in your Intro Call with one of our guides.
-
What strain of mushroom are used? The Natural Medicine Health Act requires all legal psilocybin distributed in the state of Colorado to be of the Psilocybe Cubensis species. We will be talking more about where we source our medicine during our Launch Call.
-
What kinds of herbs do you include in the microdose package?Dr. Sulser will be choosing from an extensive selection of herbs including adaptogens like Schisandra and Licorice root, Nootropics such as ginkgo and lions mane, hormone-supporting herbs like Sarsaparilla, and liver support/detoxifying herbs like burdock and milk thistle, along with many other specific system-supporting herbs depending on your unique health goals.

How do I know if I’m eligible?Eligibility is determined after submitting your application and meeting with one of our guides for an introductory call. Contraindications with psilocybin that we look out for are active pregnancy or suicidal ideation, or a history of psychosis. Your list of medications will also be collected and assessed. Colorado law states that it is illegal for people under the age of 21 to possess or consume any substance decriminalized under Proposition 122. It’s also illegal to share those substances with underage people. Hence, you must be 21+ to join Higher Love. But we still hope you access your own higher love in the meantime! Beyond that, we are most eager to work with people who have an active desire to grow, learn new practices, and do 'the work' that will enable them evolve into more loving and empowered humans.
